Hand dyed Polwarth/ Silk (60/40) wool roving (combed top) for spinning and felting in Three Waters Farm colorway Waning Light. Each braid weighs approximately 4 ounces.
The first photo is of two braids wound together; the next four photos are all of the same braid.
Easier to spin than merino, Polwarth has a bouncy feel and a matte glow which gleams with the addition of tussah silk.
